As the department is responsible for Deputy Director-General for Administration, the Group Leader is responsible for developing the team's plan based on the center's overall strategy, providing monitoring and support to ensure performance. The role involves organizing the center's central information hub and linking it to development organizations while maintaining accessibility and security. The Group Leader supports development organizations in building strong information technology capabilities, studies, deploys, secures, and manages the center's IT infrastructure, and implements modern data collection, processing, and distribution systems to establish a paperless workplace while monitoring its functionality. Additionally, the position oversees the development and maintenance of the center's website, ensures the security of IT equipment through renovation and service operations, provides systems for information and communications technology services, enhances the technological skills of the center's staff, and performs other duties as assigned by the immediate head.
