As the Inpatient Team Leader, key responsibilities include overseeing daily unit operations, managing a multidisciplinary team (including nurses, therapists, and support staff), and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. This role involves monitoring patient care plans to maintain high-quality, individualized treatment while providing crisis management support when necessary. The leader provides guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Serving as a bridge between frontline staff, medical directors, and administration, the Team Leader facilitates clear communication across teams and shifts. Additional duties include enforcing safety standards, regulatory compliance, and organizational policies, as well as participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives. The role also requires reviewing patient records and incident reports for accuracy, whilereporting critical developments to senior leadership to ensure continuous care excellence.
